Yogi has spent 16 years working with Oracle, where he has gained expertise in Managed Services, Product Support, hosting, and Operations. He has implemented a wide range of Oracle applications for Fortune 500 customers in Oracle engineered systems, OCI, Cloud@Customer, and AWS, along with infrastructure support. He is responsible for Managed Services Delivery, Customer Management, Cloud Engineering, Operations, Account reviews, Escalation management, Capacity planning, Recruitment, and Resource Management. Yogi has a proven track record of meeting customer SLAs, reducing cost per transaction, and average time for resolutions. He has also implemented innovative staffing models. His excellent organizational and leadership abilities have been instrumental in his success. Currently, Yogi is a Senior Manager of Cloud Engineering at Ellucian, where he has taken up the role in 2019. Prior to this, he held the position of Director (Cloud Hosting, Managed Services) and Senior Manager at Oracle.
