Yogita is a highly adaptable and quick learner with a passion for making things simpler and better through technology and process improvement. With 10 years of diverse experience in delivering enterprise-scale and startup products, she has excellent product management skills in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks with a focus on fast delivery and efficient processes. Yogita has techno-fied a wide range of domains, including IOT, digital marketing, eCommerce, FinTech, health, EdTech, logistics, reinsurance, and casino gaming. She is currently working as a Product Lead at globalbees, where she is building products to make the company's brands a household name. In her previous role as Senior Productologist (Enterprise) at Builder.AI, Yogita owned the concept to delivery of multiple digital products in multiple geographies. She translated client requirements to project specifications, drove daily scrums with a team size of 40+ across projects, prepared weekly product demonstrations and project reporting, and coordinated across multiple stakeholder groups to manage end-to-end delivery of the project(s). She also ran initiatives to improve internal processes to reduce time to market and cost of the projects. Yogita's achievements at Builder.AI include launching the company's first IOT-based product in a record time of 5 months with a 25+ member global team. Yogita has also worked as a Senior Interactive Developer at Publicis Sapient, where she worked on projects such as ReactJS-Sitecore Isomorphic Architecture to build a digital transformation platform that supports multiple brands and languages, and a color theme-based Site Generator built on top of Custom JS Wrapper-AEM architecture. Yogita holds a B.Tech degree from GGSIPU, and she completed her high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Her tech stack includes AI, product management, and ReactJS.
