Currently, he is the Director of Engineering at Everstage, where he oversees solution architecture/engineering, performance engineering, quality assurance, and software development process standardization. At WeInvest, he served as the Director of Engineering for the TrackWealth product, where he was responsible for team structure creation, hiring, establishing software development processes, project management, and engineering management of iOS/Android/Web frontend, cloud-deployed RoR backend services, and enhancements to third-party software used for holdings and transactions aggregation. Yugarajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from NIT Tiruchirappalli.
