Zaid Sultan is a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead at Tata Consultancy Services with over 13 years of relevant experience. He has a proven track record in Service Management, Management Information Systems, and Talent Development for global leading technology companies. Currently, Zaid holds the position of COE Training Lead at TCS where he is responsible for providing training to bench resources on various technologies such as SQL, JAVA, EXCEL VBA & PYTHON, HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT. He designs and publishes quarterly newsletters and review decks to the entire CoE population, creates training content, PPTs, training manuals, cheat sheets for the trainees, and conducts and evaluates assessments using Google Forms/MS Forms/TCS iON. Additionally, he reports allocation status for all the trained resources and follows up with the RMG & unit Resource Manager on the deployment status of all the trained resources. Prior to his current role, Zaid served as a Delivery Manager and Oracle SQL and VBA Developer at TCS, managing in-life cases, scheduling meetings with clients, and coordinating with designers, developers, and testers to schedule and oversee in-life fixes. He also developed PL/SQL reports and shell-scripting in UNIX environment (Job Scheduling in Control-M). Zaid holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of North Bengal, a Diploma in System Management from Aptech Computer Education, and a Global Certificate in Data Science from INSAID. He is proficient in SQL, Javascript, Python, and Java.
