Zainab Gangerdiwala is a seasoned Security Delivery Analyst with over 2 years of hands-on experience in SIEM tool ArcSight and EDR solutions such as MDATP, Crowdstrike, and O365. Currently working at IBM, Zainab has a strong background in creating and fine-tuning use-cases, dashboards, and reports in Arcsight. She also handles admin activities related to Arcsight, such as device integration and troubleshooting. Prior to joining IBM, Zainab worked as a SOC & EDR Analyst at Wipro, where she assisted clients' organizations in monitoring their networks for malicious activity. She looked at proxy, network logs, suspicious emails, AD, and any other resources that provided insight into an entity’s network activity. Zainab also provided security recommendations by identifying threats via basic knowledge in areas like networking, malware analysis, and incident response. Zainab's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which she completed in 2019. During her academic years, she developed a strong technical skill set, which includes integration and web development. With her relevant experience of 3.44 years, Zainab has proven herself to be a valuable asset to any organization she works with.
