Additionally, he is also responsible for testing and evaluating new programs, identifying areas for modification in existing programs, and subsequently developing these modifications. He has a strong understanding of Software Engineering principles and has expertise in developing quality assurance procedures, deploying software tools, processes, and metrics. He is also skilled in maintaining and upgrading existing systems, training users, verifying and deploying programs and systems, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software. Before his current position, Zarnab worked as a Junior Software Engineer and an Intern at gigalabs.
