Zia's expertise lies in building strategies for incremental business around current accounts, planning and monitoring program execution, and showcasing POC and RFI/RFP. Zia has experience in building strategic contracts at CIO, MD, and other C-level executives while ensuring the routine working of key accounts and delivery of targeted incremental business. Zia manages a team of 7 associate and account managers, plays with data for insights, and stakeholder management. Zia's past experience at Mondelez International as a Sales Executive involved market research and forecasting brand-wise/SKU-wise sales, handling a team of 26 people, driving sales operations effectively, and increasing weighted distribution by increasing SKU count in existing outlets. Zia also designed and implemented BTL activities and received the ACEs Award for Best SE Team (South India). Zia holds a PGDM in Business Design and Innovation from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Sinhgad Academy of Engineering.
