- In my current role as an Associate Product Manager 2, I am responsible for leading strategic product initiatives, particularly in the areas of Document Management, Employee onboarding & Offboarding, Asset Management, & Integrations. I’ve taken on a larger role in setting product vision and defining roadmaps, working closely with senior leadership to align product goals with business strategy. My focus on data-driven decision-making and iterative development has allowed me to successfully scale product features while maintaining high user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Achievements:
- Built & launch the Background Verification (BGV) module, integrating top vendors like Checkr in USA & 6 vendors in India. This enabled Keka to expand into the US market and onboard 28 clients, contributing to $2.7M MRR.
- Spearheaded the revamp of the Employee offboarding module containing 6 major features and 8 minor features, improving employee exit efficiency and reducing offboarding time by 41% from 7 days to 5 days across clients & increasing CSAT by 80% based on client feedback and product improvements.
- Partnered with customer success teams to identify product improvement areas, directly contributing to a 27% reduction in customer issues.

As an Associate Product Manager, I took on ownership of several key HRMS modules, including CoreHR, Asset Management, and Integrations Management. I led cross-functional teams in the development and launch of these module-level upgrades, working closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts. My ability to balance customer needs with business objectives allowed me to drive strategic initiatives that enhanced customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Achievements:
- Led the development and launch of the "employee login revamp" developing 6 SSO, Login history mapping & Azure AD/Google workspace integration, increasing product adoption by 27% within 12 months with a combined upsell of 121,000$ in 2023/24
- Worked with cross-functional teams to reduce product development time by 35%, improving time-to-market for key features.

Products: Document Management, Asset Management & Integrations

In my role as a Senior Product Analyst at Keka HR, I was responsible for conducting in-depth market and user research to inform product development strategies. I worked closely with the product management team to identify customer pain points and opportunities for improvement across Keka’s HRMS solutions. My focus on data analysis helped shape feature prioritization, while my ability to understand market trends led to significant product enhancements.

Key Achievements:
- Conducted competitive analysis and user research that led to the key developments in Keka’s asset management module like employee asset requests & asset reports, which increased user engagement by 37% & increased upsell by 11%.
- Created detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories, aligning cross-functional teams on feature development.
- Collaborated with data teams to introduce user engagement dashboards, improving data visibility and decision-making.

Product - Learning Management System

- Worked with the development team to develop features to enhance the current system based on the
requirements gathered. Implemented 5 integration of LMS & ATS products.
- Led deals from lead stage till renewal for 75 clients to increase company revenue by revenue of 150,000$
- Developed user stories, wireframes & product documentation to convert feature ideas from concept to reality to gain a competitive advantage
- Awarded “Star of the month – Dec’21” for being a quick learner, motivated, and showing exceptional client-handling skills
